Who is HE?

Who was the man/woman [*unsure of the term used*] that Mr. Paik was referring to? I get the impression the company's bank accounts were hacked or something to that affect. A Con perhaps?

One of Mr. Paik's employees stated "He used 5 bank accounts.....", not word for word however. Could it be Ben? Is this how Ben funds his activities - stealing?

Also did anyone find it ridicuous that Sun now owns a major share in the company. Can that REALLY happen? Seemed like something out of a very silly movie plot. Yes she could have bought shares, ALOT of them - but surely Mr. Paik would oversee whom does this and can verify how much decision making power they will have.

So what relevance does Sun's ownership have for Lost? None as far as I can see, unless Paik's company is involved with the Island. I think Sun's newfound 'money' and 'power' is convenient to help the O6 return to the Island in S5/6.

I think it was Sun that they were talking about. The conversation goes like this;
MR PAIK "How could this happen?!"
EMPLOYEE "Whoever did it, sir... used five different banks."
MR PAIK"Get Yoon up here right now!"

If Sun bought the shares from 5 accounts, no one would have realised that one person was buying up all of the shares in the same name.

Oh very good idea there. I had not thought about that. That is very clever of Sun, though how much did Oceanic pay her? As a complete guess, I would imagine Paik's "business shares" are expensive so she must have been paid a substantial amount. If indeed Oceanic are behind the cover-up, then perhaps the O6 were paid much more than purely plane crash compensation, i.e. as an incentive to keep quiet about the Island.

Nice idea about it being Sun they're talking about. I agree though, that this plot, while nice to see Sun get one up on her dad, doesn't seem to show much plot relevence.

I think it WILL have relevance, otherwise it would be silly to have filmed that scene.

I agree, I just don't see how it's relevant at the moment. I guess we'll have to wait and see. Maybe Sun's dad knows Widmore.

Yes precisely, it is a little 'set-up' for something big down the road I feel. We know money and power can achieve things in life, and in Lost. Nice idea, that would make for some interesting developments and several possibilities should Paik know Widmore.

It would not suprise me really, evil men always seem to know one another. I suppose perhaps even Ben knows Paik as one would assume Paik is likely to be in the know about the Island - or atleast it would be very interesting,
