No I can't see Des being killed off, since his storyline with Penny is a big one and it gets a lot of positive reviews (well from what I've seen) from fans, and I think there's a lot of life in it yet. If anything I can see either Des or Penny or both of them being placed in very mortal danger as part of the finale.
Oh and yes, Ben was wonderful in this episode! Loved his little eye rolling to get a better look at Keamy's gun pressed into his forehead, as if to almost casually say 'now just what do you intend to do with that I wonder...' And bless Locke, he can't quite believe that Ben still hasn't told him everything about the Island, when it should be obvious that he never will.

Ben and Locke were both excellent, and I'm becoming a bigger fan of Ben with each episode. I hope everyone's right about Desmond, I really don't want him to die
![]() So Jack finallly found out he's related to Claire, I actually felt sorry for him in that scene, and for Claire's mum, walking right past her grandson and not even knowing it! She seemed a little suspicious though, but that might have been my imagination. All in all, an excellent build up to the 2 hour finale. ![]()

She's gave off the impression that she knew something wasn't right. And if the journalist can pick up on inconsistences, then it's not so hard to thinik she would too.

Ok, I finally get to see this episode - and because of the means I usually watch this episode by took so freaking long, (it was like taking off a plaster) my enjoyment of the episode, and therefore my opinion of it has been compromised somwhat.
I did feel that it was a solid episode, but alass nothing special. Nothing to make you go "wow" and not a lot to really talk about. Interesting to see their lives imediatley after rescue - but you could tell that only Jack was comfortable lying - "Ive had lots of practise at it", thought it seems that Kate was the one most comfortable with the lie at the end - interesting for at the very beginning (waay back in season 1, with Dannis recording), she was the one least keen to lie. Also, who was the other man that Sun blames for Jins death - Micheal? Keamy? Widmore? Ben? that will be interesting to find out. And finally, the numbers are back . Ok so they freaked Hurley out, but surely thats the final nail in the coffin to those who claim the numbers arent important?Overall, a very subdued episode. None the less, I am looking forward to the finale ![]() |
