 He is not a hero! So what if he's a fighter or special. Loads of people are. Are they all heroes? No. He stepped up to save the island. Not the people the island. Don't heroes save people, not a piece of land. Jeez

 I was, in a way. I think he's more connected to the island than the people though, it gave him back his legs, his faith and it's the first place he's really belonged too. Not that it excuses him or anything.
