That man is really demented. I mean to kill so many innocents... It's like he is eager for killing! Like he wants to! And likes too. But why? Is it for money? What did Widmore offered to him that made him such a machine...

No question about it, this guy seems to lack a conscience and any regard for human life. Silent and trigger-happy, Keamy is getting worse every week. Okay, I can understand wanting to kill the spy on the boat (michael), but what has the doc ever done to him? Poor guy was just stood in the wrong place when Keamy had a strop because Frank was pointing out (rightfully!) that Keamy was not so much a scientist but a callous murderer. Then he went on to kill the captain because the captain was just looking out for his crew, as he should, and was executed for it.
