Move over Ben?

I think not. Ben has done SO much for the Island that I think surely the Island still NEEDS him, it just needs Locke alot more. But why? What can Locke do that Ben cannot?

Ben stated he is not the "Chosen One" anymore; the Island made him sick and "killed" Alex. Destiny may be fickle, but so is the Island in my opinion. I think whatever Locke can 'achieve' with the Island, Ben can also - which makes this situation rather confusing.

Ben could potentially be lying about his supposed situation of power regarding the Island. Yet more mind games, or reality? I think Ben is luring Locke into a false sense of security - Ben has become rather soft in recent episodes and Locke is falling for it. Ben is probably using Locke as a pawn.
