Something Nice Back Home Villain of The Week

We're back! Yah!

This episode threw up a few evenly matched candidates for villain of the week - but who to choose? That's up for you! Here are the villainous candidates (in no particular order):

Claire Littleton

Leaving ones infant unattended on a giant leaf in the middle of the jungle in the middle of the night, is never a good look! It seems like Ms Littleton has been taking motherhood tips from our dearly departed Rousseau.

Sure, she saw a vision/manifestation of her dead dad, but seriously..baby..giant leaf? No, you just don't do that.

She better have a damn good reason..but until then, she's on this list.

Martin Keamy

The teenage girl murderer. Ah yes, Martin Keamy - the very definition of 'bad guyz'. Seriously, this man (I call him a man, but he's more like a coward) wouldn't have hesitated in executing the hiding Sawyer, Claire, Turnip and Miles..as Ben said, there's nothing to stop him killing everyone on the island ..except Ben. So even though Martin didn't do any 'killing' in this episode..his mere rudeness, callousness and trigger-happy ways see him onto this list.

Kate

No villain list would be complet without our resident expert in skewed morality. Ironically her morals seemed intact on the island in this episode, but her duplicitous and sneaky ways off-island remain. We all love Sawyer and each and every last one of us would do anything for that God of a man (), but seriously Kate..you're married to Jack, and whether or not the man has 'issues', you just don't go behind a mans back. Now, where's my tacos??

Keamy.

Kate annoyed me slightly in the flashback, her words with Jack right before Jack said "you're not even related to him" was rather random, not to mention when she said "my Son". Though perhaps enough time has passed for her to call Aaron that? Claire is a Villain through and through in my book and poor baby Aaron being left alone in the Jungle. Aweful mothering.

Even though he didn't kill in this episode the memory is still there and he gave th impression that he'd do it again just as simply. Not to mention Frank getting Miles and Co to hide from him - makes you wonder how much danger they were in from Keamy, despite his comrades injuries.
Claire would come second for leaving Aaron alone in the jungle. Vision or no vision you don't leave your baby on a giant leaf. Especially when that leaf is situated in a jungle with a group of hostiles and a murderous Smoke monster.
Kate, while not very villianous in 4:10 to me, is getting warped in future time. Aaron's not her son and she needs to remember that. If she does remember it, then she needs to stop lying to the rest of the Oceanic 6, even if she continues to do so to the rest of the world. Helping Sawyer gained her a point though, despite upsetting Jack. Good to see she does remember the island's other inhabitants, even if her memory is clouded where Aaron's parentage is concerned.

Well Ben stated that Keamy was killing people to scare Ben into surrendering so perhaps Keamy was NOT going to kill them.

Kate, cos somethings never change..

Keamy escapes by virtue of me not actually doing anything. Although his eagerness to shoot anything that moves has not escaped my attention.

I don't think Claire did anything wrong. I don't really think you know what you're doing when you see your dead father with your child and how do we know she left Aaron there?
Also Kate hasnt done anything wrong, I mean being engaged to Jack isnt exactly the funnest thing on earth is it?

If there was a spitting smillie I'd use it. In fact Keemy would be my fav if he stuck a bullet through Kate's eyes.

Maybe, but look at it this way - when Charlie saw a vision of Claire, Aaron and his mum telling him to "save the baby" ("Fire + Water"), he did his best to do just that, and it got him in trouble. Not only did the Losties look down on him and snipe at him for 'endangering' Aaron, but Locke pummeled him into the ground and the entire fan community lashed out at him.

In light of that, we have to be fair and give Claire a good dressing down, surely

We know that she left Aaron there cos Christian's a manifestation/spirit and she was the only other person who it could have been. Also, a child is a mothers responsibility. I wouldn't be best pleased if my mum had left me on a giant leaf in the middle of nowhere

That was one hell of a scene! I read that as lost community, I was thinking I dont remember that

Jack fell off a cliff when he saw Christian it shows you dont know what you're doing. Actually no it doesnt, he had the sense to try and kill off his character
My mum did and I turned out fine

Juliet, because she managed to save Jack. I mean honestly, how hard would it have been to pretend there were no relevant medical supplies at the hatch and to just let nature take its course and take him to the great Island in the sky?

But since she's not up there, I'll have to go with Keamy since he does seem like he'd put a bullet through anyone without stopping to think why.

Although Kate was a perfect mixture of bland, boring, annoying and pointless this week as well.
