Well I think this kind of confirms that Jack finds out that he's related to Claire. Or it could be something done by the writers to make us think that he knows (damn writers making me paranoid )

But if he does know it would explain a few things. Like why he didn't want to see Aaron around about the time of 'Eggtown'; possibly because the thought of Aaron reminded him of his father's infidelity. Bringing up painful memories, perhaps?

The real question is though, if Jack does find out that Claire is his half-sister, who tells him? I'm pretty sure Ben will know because he knows everything, so there's a possibility he would tell him. Maybe Claire turns up after disappearing with Christian Shepard and tells him? Maybe Christian Sherpard tells him himself? I don't know if anyone else actually cares about this, but personally I find it intruiging

I found this quite interesting too. He could have said "We're not even related to him." but you're right, he said "You're not..." I'm not sure if it means Jack does find out though, it could just be him using that to get at Kate, who is referring to Aaron as her son even around Jack when he knows that it's Claire's child. (If I remember rightly, Kate was Claire's midwife during Aaron's birth.)
If Jack does find out he's related to Claire though, it'll be interesting to see how it happens. Maybe he follows Christian to and finds Claire with him? Or sees Claire following her Dad only to realise it's also his Dad?

I reckon Jack knows. Theres still "island time" to find out. Especially if Christian turns up and tells him where Claire is....oh and asking where his damn missing trainer is.

For whatever reason I have only just realised that it was Christian holding Aaron in the jungle. I would agree that Jack knows he is related to him in the Flashforward. Though interesting idea that he may find out during this Claire disappearance plotline.

I wonder whether we will actually hear frm Christian, as I find it very strange that he physically picked up Aaron. Is it really him or the Black Smoke, for what reason did he or the Black Smoke kidnapp Aaron and where is Claire?

This is an interesting development. I expect that we are building toward the Finalé right now and current events will culminate and possibly intertwine [as they often do] come the final two episodes.

I suspect Claire will die this Season and that could be the reason Jack could not bring himself to see Aaron in Eggtown.

Yes, I would say that line was meant for us to realize that Jack has already discovered that Claire is his sister. I cant wait to see both of their reactions when they realize it though. Who do you guys think will be the one to tell Jack? I am going to guess....hmmm.....let me think about it......okay.....Christian!!!

I think Jack will find out AFTER Claire has died, and yes I think she will die as a result of this disappearance. I think it would be immense should Jack have a conversation with Christian, we did hear from Boone after all in S3. Though if that was indeed Christian, one would assume he will keep Claire safe.
