I give it a good 7, some good scene's, like the mention of sawyer back on the island and seeing hurley again.

Good ep, I thought. The Jate stuff was actually pretty interesting. Foxy and Evie deserve credit for this episode (but hell will freeze over before they actually do  ). Sawyer is starting to make my skin crawl with his over-protectiveness, but that could just be me  Claire's been kidnapped... again.  lol

3 - Worst episode this season.
Actually the worst since season 2's What Kate did and ...and Found. Dull, boring, Jate, nothing new, filler, padding, shower scene....more comments in teh other thread.

The bits with Christian Shepard in saved it for me. And Hurley too. Otherwise I felt like I was going to vomit everytime Kate and Jack were all... "Oooo I'm so glad you came blah blah"

It was actually pretty decent for a Jack episode I thought. 7

Good episode with some really interesting and thought provoking moments.
Sadly (for this episode) the bar has been raised to stupidly good levels..but still, a well earned 7/10
