What can we expect from Jacob. He does not strike me as a conversationalist to be honest - so how he will explain the secrets of the Island is beyond me quite frankly. Unless he is just really shy.

Due to the nature of his voice, I think any coherant/meaningful sentence is going to sound rather odd coming from Jacob.

So will we really find out what the Black Smoke is? Will Locke ask him questions that Ben successfully dodged his way around either through interruptions or clever manipulation in previous episodes? If so, I would imagine yet another interruption from the Others or the Freighters.

However, that is whether Hurley can find the Cabin to begin with.

This should be interesting.

Are we actually gonna see him now?? And by see him I mean a proper view, not a split second glimpse.

And to be honest I don't wanna know what the smoke is just yet... I really dunno why but the events of TSoTtC have made me want to wait

I think someone dead is going to pop up and talk instead of Jacob. Like maybe his dad or Boone or someone like that because I think that's the only way Jacob can properly communicate with 'living' people, if you get what I mean (i'm not saying Jacob is dead... but i know what I mean ).

I REALLY like that idea. It would make for a normal conversation. Though I hope we see a new old face, perhaps Christian, Ana or Shannon?

Matt, I doubt we will get many if any answers from Jacob, as is Lost. I would like to see more of Jacob but not TOO much.

I doubt Christian is have a proper speaking role in this series. I think it's going to be someone with an emotional link to either Locke, Ben or Hurley, depending on who ends up actually talking to Jacob. Perhaps it could be Annie for Ben? Or his dad? I can't think of anyone for Hurley, but there are a few that could appear for Locke.

I cannot imagine how [if this DID infact happen] the scene would be carried out.

Hopefully the scene is a good one. Charlie for Hurley perhaps? I think it could potentially be an amazing scene but I suppose it is best to not get our hopes up. I cannot really imagine it being as straight forward as a conversation with a past character, at best I could see another Sweat Lodge scene or something to that affect.,
