 It would be a 10 but I don't want to label something as the 'best episode ever' before we've seen all the episodes.

Yeah, I decided a long while ago to ignore that label. Why does a '10' have to be the best episode ever?
If that was the case, Deus Ex Machina would have been my last 10. Everyone refrains from giving out 10s anyway.

A 9 from me, with yet another master class from M.E
And I used to avoid giving episodes/films/whatever 10s but have recently decided to base my ratings purely within content and not as a general rule. That said I don't think we've had a '10' this season, though this has come closest (with the Constant, also)

Oh yes, Further Instructions...
Off the scale that one was  I it a 9. Would have been a 10 but like someone else said I don't want to give it a 'Best Episode Ever' when I haven't seen all of them It was hugely and immensely immense

its an 8 for me would have been a 9 but it gets marked down for being a Ben flash can't be a 10 as i think this (S4E9) is the standared that the show should be at all the time and therefore to get a 10 its needs to be exceptional but for acting Sawyer and Locke and Alex all get 10/10 for me (Hurley gets 9.5/10)
