does anybody think they will further show how Micheal, walt got back home? I was dissapointed by how they didnt return straight to the dock scene and show it form Micheal's point of view and show him leaving the island, it seems they kinda brushed over that with no real explaination!

To be honest I can't really see it happening. I agree that it would be good to know exactly how they escaped the island - adding further proof that Ben can tell the truth! - but I don't think they will. All the story from Mike and Walt arriving home to Mike getting recruited was pretty much covered: Mike telling Walt what he did, Walt moving out, Mike becoming suicidal...I'm just not sure what other material they could use to make up another episode based around their going home. That's not to say they couldn't of course, but with all the other storylines the show's got to cover I just personally can't see it happening.

I thought it could of been like the Constant episode as they leave on the island they go through that storm and theres a difference in time. So the boat leaves on bens course directions but do they go through a storm, do they end up straight at land or is that boat good enough to go across open sea, is there any time difference. Just like to see some things explained.

Yeah, like Ki I think they pretty much condensed Mike's off-island story onto that ine episode -although I agree that it would have been nice to see exactly how he got back - even if it was just 2 minutes of him and walt out in the open sea stumbling across a tanker :P

Have to be honest and say that I never thought they would take this route in regards Mike getting onboard the Kahana - I thought they picked him and Walt up on bearing 325 or whatever. I did like the way they showed him back in NYC before being recruited by friendly, though.

EDIT: Also I think the availability of MDK was also a stumbling block - which is a shame as he's a good character and they've pretty-much nullified his story now - although i guess the island's guardian has now assumed his identity..or Locke's subconscious..whatever fits best..

Well they always say that for good storytelling, you start your story as far in as you dare.

I think the main stumbling block would be Malcolm David Kelly - he would look too different from when he left off on the boat, that it wouldn't be worth showing that.

I don't think they'll ever film it, but there's a good chance Michael might mention 'how' he got home.
