Managed to grab some caps of Alex' baby bump. Make you own minds up:

I think this one is the real seller, cos whether shes pregnant or not the creators defeintely told Tania to position her hand on her stomach so that we'd notice:

IMO she does seem to have a bit of a bump (above)..and she's a slight girl so either they told her to stick her tummy out, Tania is pregnant in real life..or she ate a plate of beans before filming

I'm a bit freaked out if that's the amount of - as far as I can see - non-existent fat that makes you all suspect pregnancy. She's tiny!

Possible alternatives are that she might have cramp or a tummy ache or something, but I agree that they told her to place her hand there so that it alludes to the idea of her being pregnant.

I still think it could go eitherway, as in one sense it could possibly make for an interesting story-line (as well as fitting in with the 'yet another fatherless island baby' theme), but on the otherhand i've kinda had enough of all these pregnancies - seeing Ben getting born was the pinnacle of my Lost baby deliveries.

I'm not too sure about Alex being pregnant, but it seems that a lot of the women on the island have had flashbacks of pregnancy tests. Clare and Sun obviously!! But also Kate and Ana Lucia and I'm sure Rose implied something way back. I know most women have scares/hopes?? but not in a memory way, with the infertility thing I wonder if they are connected??
