I never really cared for Karl that much, so when he got shot i was like

... oh nevermind, and then Danielle said those sweet words to Alex, stood up and got shot!! I will be soooooooo annoyed if she dies!! It's the worst death for a character that had been so mysterious... and kind of a key player in some theories! I thought the ending would have been far better if Danielle had told Alex to run, reassuring the audience that she's alive! What is with those producers and double cop out death's!! Interesting that the Ana and Libby shooting was a main theme, and yet again, another interesting character is killed off... along with karl

I don't know... yeah i'm upset that Rousseau has been shot and all, but maybe it'll make for a good storyline? I mean... Alex meets her real mother and its all

and then bang gone just as quickly. Plus losing Karl, who Alex obviously adored... I think it's a plot device to make Alex into a better character. Now she's going to have revenge motives.

I doubt she's dead, I think it'd be very funny if the beginning of the next episode she got up [wtih Karl] and went JOKING WE'RE NOT DEAD...HERE'S A FLASHBACK!

I don't think she's dead either.... she was wearing a gun around her shoulder and when she hit the ground she made an ufff sound.

He is most likely dead though... and it sucks... I wish he wasn't... Karlex was my #1 shipping... and Karl had so much potential this season... what with him attempting to emulate Sawyer and all.

I figure Rousseau survived... they need to tell her story... but... oh man, I didn't figure I'd feel any worse than when I saw Jin's grave, but I was wrong.

I am so sorry to even think this because I love Rousseau, but I do think she is dead. I think we will get to see more of Rousseau's back story in a Ben flashback. At least, I hope so. Something tells me that Ben may really be Alex's father and if he isn't, there is still something more going on there.

They should have at least established him more, to give his death at least some emotional backing.

It was... it supported my Karl/Sawyer connection as well... before he died Karl said 'I've got a bad feeling about this" which is a line said in every star wars movie.

They should have at least Kissed...
