Boat People getting killed off

The first Boat person we heard was Minkowski and well hes dead. Then it was Regina and well now shes dead - or gasping for air at the bottom of the ocean!

Everytime we are introiduced to new characters at the moment on that boat they seem to die!

So Ray, Keemy and Captain better watch themselves!

I can see why they hired a stunt woman to play Regina now.

Regina's scene was wicked. When I saw her trudging along with all the chains around her, i was like wtf? my reaction was about as slow as Desmonds. When she hopped off I was like WTF!?

lol at least it'll make the sabatager easier to find for the Captain

I didn't understand this. The Captain was putting it down to cabin fever, ok - but I would like some new characters.

I was like "Oh, a new female character, that's interesting.........oh, what...wait - WHAT?!"

It makes for interesting television but I wish at least one of them would stay alive long enough for us to get some answers from.

I can't quite believe they hired these people to do voiceovers for several episodes and then, the first time we see them, they die. So I'm guessing we're going to get some on-freighter flashbacks which will involve Minkowski and Regina.

Fisher Stevens certainly. I cannot accept that is teh last we have seen of Minkowski.

It would be interesting if we got a flashback episode featuring all of the on-boat Freighters, like we did with Miles, Charlotte, Daniel and Frank.

I do not think the remaining Freighters will die, purely because we would be left with no one on boat except Michael, Sayid and Desmond, and of course a returning Frank and Keamy.

I hope they don't all die. Since the first word from Naomi's radio after Jack's call was made was "Minkowski" I really hope we learn more about the Freighties, even if it is just through flashback.

It would be interesting to see the Freighters pre-setting sail.

A Freighty flashback would be good, we've had one for Frank, Charlotte, Miles, Daniel and Naomi but it'd be good to have one from the ship's perspective, maybe even see when Michael arrived as Kevin Johnson.

Good thinking - that would be great to see. I wonder whether he was intercepted at Sea or whether he did infact reach the real world and THEN joined The Freighters.

I think Walt is key here because Michael would never want anything to do with the Island, not after what he went through. So my bet is Walt is being held hostage yet again. Though that sounds a little TOO obvious so perhaps it is something more detailed. Perhaps Walt is sick or Michael wants to finally collect his luggage.
