Here are some screencaps, EE's and potential clues from this episode:

A Hanso logo on Harpers diploma - probably from the Dharma heydey (pre-purge period)

The return of the 'Whispers':

The possible return of 'manifestation Smokie' OR plain old spirit manifestation (or plain old living-breathing and fleet of foot Harper)

Faraday's Map:

More rabbit symbolism - similar to Alex gutting a rabbit in 3.22:

Ben DOES re-read Valis as Locke suggested..

At first I thought the man was Alpert, but he's supposed to be at the Temple and the face structure looks slightly different

Hmm, I just realised that I also missed out that stone/sand thing Jules was mssing with at the start of the episode - it seemed to point at Locke's light/dark stone symbolism from 1.03
