Loved this line from Ben upon inspecting the rabbit Locke had cooked for him.

I'm thinking that this is a direct cry out to the idea of time-travel (or travel) via duplication or replication - similar to the Cazimir affect.

I have a theory that this is how a replica of Oceanic 815 appeared in the Sundra Trench (possibly Ben's work, or a natural duplication portal).

Anyway, this thread and video should explain more. The basic premise being that duplicated subjects contain anomalies which one should be weary of coming in to contact with - especially the original (as two subjects by paradox shouldn't be able to be in 2 places at once).

That line made me laugh also. Ben is so subtle in his humour. But good spot regarding the rabbit potentially being dangerous, which also means Ben was being serious with his comment.

I loved that line! Ben's really funny this season. I hadn't thought of the time-travel connection though - good spot!

Well you couldn't exactly say he had a passion for rabbits, could you? it didn't bother him to chuck it through an electromagnetic fence so i doubt he'll be bothered if he eats it

Perhaps the ink in the numbers is something Ben is allergic to... or maybe Ben just likes to ask needless questions, when he's lucky to get any food at all.
