I'd give it an 8. Not one of Lost's classic episodes but it's still a very very good one, which I'm sure will stand up to repeated re-watches.
(Oh and I'll put up the Hero/Villain threads later on this evening, just in case anyone was wondering where they were!)

5 I wasn't overly impressed it was too much in the style of S3 for my liking
