I still can't decide....will have to watch Flashes again but that,Constant and some other eppy [cant actually remember which one-s1] were my favs

flashes before your eyes was amazing but the constant really blew me away
when it had finished i was a tad baffled (i say baffled, a i mean i had to get my mate to use a funnel to pour my brain back through my ear) but then again i love headf**k stuff like that. got to be one of my favourite episodes, right behind Walkabout

Flashes hands down.
Both were amazing but nothing has ever had the mind-blowing impact on me as Flashes did. Saying that it was pretty mind-blowing that Locke wasn't in an episode

People are only voting The Constant because it was the last episode they saw. If you asked this straight after everyone saw Flashes everyone would vote Flashes (the majority anyway).

oh shush JB it's just you wanting to be different
no I genuinely preferred The Constant. I think it was just for the Penny/Desmond scene, however. I've been waiting for ages to see Desmond finally talk to Penny again. Fair enough, lame excuse, but if it wasn't for that scene they would have both been on par
