So we know that kate got aaron, but dont you remember that claire wanted to give her unborn baby for adoption? what if after leaving the island, claire just couldnt cope with aaron, plus charlie's death? what if she actually decided to give aaron to kate, or if kate accepted to adopt aaron knowing that claire could come and visit any time she want as they know each other?

maybe. But it would be a very odd thing for claire to do. Particularly after the fuss she made the last time. Not to mention choosing kate seems weird.. id have gone with rose and bernard.

Interesting idea but I think Claire is settled with Aaron now. I think of all the places she would not have coped was the Island, however at the same time she had no choice in the matter. In the real world she may have struggled with work and raising Aaronn and had the choice to adopt.

I just get the vibe Claire is dead or still on the Island because of Jack's reaction and because it is more interesting than Claire giving up Aaron. Though due to severe circumstances on the Island, Claire may have "adopted" Aaron unwillingly simply to protect him anmd get him off the Island of which she was not able to leave.

I think that maybe Kate has Aaron because Claire died or she manipulated Claire into giving up Aaron so he could have a better life off the island, plus it would lookbetter in her trial if she had a kid. It would explain why Jack doesn't want to see him either, in my opinion anyway.
