When the losties made charlotte ring the emergency contact for the frieghter after trying all day the main no for Minchowski / her.
Regina picked up the other line fairly quick tho.

No Minchowski. He's gotta be dead, by Regina's hand me thinks.

Yeah, perhaps Regina is Ben's spy? Both Charlotte and Daniel (in particular, Dan) were surprised and a little worried that the 'copter hadn't landed. Which makes me think that they weren't involved in any 'dodgy' tricks...

Or maybe Regina simply the one nearest the phone/manning the phone in a seperate and hes not anywhere near.

This Minchowski hasn't spoken to em since landing on the island (He wasn't about in the episode b4 either). I wud of thought he wud be desperate for an update, as his employers been hunting that place for ages.

True but this emergancy number could be on a phone thats located anywhere - it wasnt meant to be used except for emergancies and could be on a different part of the ship, or Minogoski could be off duty. There are many plausable explanations for him not being around to take the call. Besides I belive that Dan spoke to Regina before anyway when doing experiments.

There's something strange with Minkowski... he's not answering, 'couldn't come to the phone' when Miles wanted him, and Daniel was told by Frank to hang up if he did answer on one occasion.

I think the writers have made Minkowski's MIA a specific issue. That's the third or fourth time over the last few episodes he's been asked for and not been there.

Re: Him's point about haning up if Minkowski answers; perhaps everyone knows that Minkowski is the spy but don't want him to know they know...

Maybe he's being tortured? And Regina hasn't said anything in case Ben finds out somehow...

Not sure how big the boat is but a crew of just two just does not sound right. Maybe George is teh captain and in bed on his hammock and Regina is comms officer??

Strange casting choice...but at least shes fit LOL!!

Yeah it's her, I was looking up the cast list last night! I think she was Uma Thurman's body double in Kill Bill!

What it means, though? Maybe the only time we'll see Regina will be jumping from the exploding boat?

I perceive Regina to be the receptionist kinda thing. Of course she's not an actual receptionist, but communications officer, then..

Although there's deffo something up with Minker's. A couple of weeks ago I suggested that he was either busy doing Ben's work (i.e. Ben's inside man), or that he was being held up by Michael or Ben's real inside man..which could also be Regina, as someone suggested.

I'm sure we'll find out soon enough, although it's amazing how little the 4 freighties seem to know - unless they're pretending of course..well, apart from Dan..he's probably forgotten.
