As the title says, where did the helicopter go? I suppose the obvious answer is that it went into the timewarp in reverse, in spite of Faraday's warning, though it seems to have been delayed by more than 31 minutes.

Maybe whatever mass the object that goes through the 'timewarp' is affects the resulting time-delay?
Anyway, the fact that they didn't get to the freighter 31 minutes before they technically should have would perhaps indicate that it isn't a simple matter of the island being 31 minutes behind the 'real world'.

Or maybe they simply got completely lost?

Good thinking. We know they're out of it in a couple of years' time anyway, seeing as Sayid makes it off the island. Hopefully it won't actually take quite that long ....

Well its still a mystery though. Maybe they didnt quite have the co-ordinates right - or maybe the point of entry isnt the same as the point of exit?
