If a witness in a court case doesn't want to give evidence, thus giving the prosecutuion case no evidence or testimonies to support their case. There really is **** all they can do about it. They gotta accept it rly, for whatever reason.

8 from me. i thought it was pretty good and i can't see why so many people disliked it so much. it certainly moved the story along. fair enough the Skate scenes were enough to make you puke all over your shoes, but it was still a damned decent episode. I think there's a few people are being biased against Kate here

This is fantastic episode and I just enjoyed watching the old Kate. She became a little bit kinda sentimental in the third season cos she had two boys and all, but now, the past hit her like a wave and she realized who she is. As she said "she is not a house type".
But still I liked it only because it was Kate and her life of the Island. Nothing is much revealed in this one except for the ending which was quite shocking!
