..the lady who played 'Elsa' in this episode was fantastic imo. Especially rewatching it. Have to give props to the side actors who come in for a day or two and do such a sterling job.

She was very good. Very charismatic, I thought... Loved her accent too (she's Dutch). Done a bit of googling and apparently she can speak Dutch, English, Italian, German, French and Flemish!

She's certainly a character I'd like to see again in the future (and since this is Lost I wouldn't be surprised if she were somehow linked to someone else..)

Hi, Tehkla is a very good, she's dutch, just like I am.
She made a wonderfull appearance in Twinsisters. A movie about WWII where she grows up in the Netherlands and her twinsister in Germany before WWII and during.

Haven't seen the epic yet, but looking formward to see her in the epic.

Ans yes, as most of the dutch people, she is also multi-lingual. I speak dutch, german and Engish, a bit of french and fries.

Thanks for the recommendation, I shall have to keep an eye out for that film as I'd like to see what she's like in other things

She really helped make this episode powerful in my opinion and gave a lasting performance!

I still think theres a small comparison with her and Shannon.

I also thought she acted well but then everybody steps up their acting when alongside Naveen Andrews. I also enjoyed the Naveen/Terry scenes again after so long.

Thekla was born on sept 16th, 1975.
The movie Twinsisters was nominated for best foreign movie for an Oscar.
She also played the female headactrice in the fith Highlandermovie. The source is that movie called.

Thekla is not a Dutch name. For her mother comes from Italy (wich explains that she also speaks Italian) I geuss that Thekla is an Italian name.

And Thekla is a good actrice. I am proud of her to come from the Netherlands.
