Sayid is such a charmer with the ladies isn't he I can see why they fall for him but he don't have much luck:

Nadia - his lost love

Shannon - died after saying he loved her

Elsa (sp?) - tried to kill him after he fell for her

Did anyone else see the similarity between Shannon and this new blonde?? They had the same frame I thought so obviously Sayid's type of girl!

You could be on to something there! Sayid told Shannon he loved her, shannon got shot in the chest. Sayid told blonde woman he loved her, blonde woman got shot in the chest.... He's cursed!

He shot her himself. So i wouldnt say hes cursed kenny

Anyway the situation with that (german?) woman was weird. I couldnt work out whether either of them actually cared for each other or if they were just using each other. I mean obviously they were both using each other, but you could also sense there were genuine feelings. Hard to tell really.

I felt exactly the same. I didn't know what to think - especially when Sayid paused after she said she loved him. Then they started kissing when a few seconds earlier it was as if he was about to say 'this isn't a serious relationship'.

The fact that Ben reprimanded him for crying because he was 'stupid enough' to love her, would kind of suggest he had some feelings for her. She was a lot more convincing and confusing than Sayid though. Before the whole 'we're both spies' reveal, she seemed very genuine, and yet afterwards, seemed unaffected by the fact she'd just shot him and was about to take him to the boss man.

He's a good looking man is our Sayid. He seems to have a nice way about him when he's charming the ladies. Unfortunately for him, i'm no lady and the way he prayed on Elsa was creepy. But she was also preying on him so alls fair in love and war, I guess

He does have a pretty bad track record - he's a tortured soul and not many understand him..not many can relate to the things that he's has witnessed and the things that he has done.

Although sometimes opposites attract and can take you into another mindset - I think this was the case with Shannon - who we as a public were perhaps a little unfair on - she wasn't all air-head, that was more a void she fell into when her papa died.
