Right mods firstly am a bit confused on where we can discuss these. The most recent number 13 from the perspective of Vincent is very very intresting and am suprised it wasnt in an actual episode of Lost.

I mean WOW does this mean he is alive and has been healed by the island and not just appearing as the black smoke. It opens up alot of doors and provides strong links for him being in Jacobs cabin in the first episode of season 4.
