Ok I'm gonna post up my stuff now, I've gotta go now and I wanna get this up today...
so now I’ll actually be ahead of most of you rather than months behind So, here are my thoughts... s’all in a bit of a dodgy order coz I’m just saying things as they come to me ![]() Well I must say it’s weird seeing a new episode I haven’t heard anything about, hasn’t happened since, well, S1... that opening scene wasn’t as groundbreaking as I was expecting, but it did look like it was a pile of mangoes on the beach didn’t it?? Why was Hurley running from the police, what was the point?? “I’m one of the Oceanic six”, so I’m guessing six people get off?? ![]() Have a look at this: ![]() Charlie, obviously. I wonder what he could be needed for?? Obviously Charlie is actually there, somehow, as the other guy at the home saw him too, pointed him out to Hurley... Who the hell was the black bloke in the home?? “Are they still alive”, very strange... was he really from Oceanic?? Well his name is Matthew Abaddon, and I got this from Wikipedia: Abaddon (Hebrew, meaning "destruction"). In Biblical poetry (Job 26:6; Proverbs 15:11), it comes to mean "place of destruction", or the realm of the dead, and is associated with Sheol. Abaddon is also one of the compartments of Gehenna. By extension, it can mean an underworld abode of lost souls, or hell. Abaddon is one of the infernal names used in LaVeyan Satanism, and is first in the list—only as it comes first alphabetically—and means "the destroyer." Many biblical scholars believe Abaddon to be Satan or the antichrist. Others argue that is a mistaken view since the angel "Abaddon" possesses the keys to the Abyss into which Satan is hurled or imprisoned, indicating that he serves as Satan's "jailer" and must therefore be someone else. Well that has to mean something, this is LOST after all, and a name with that sort of meaning has to have a meaning. Is it just me or did your recognise the bloke who parachuted down at the end?? And why wasn’t Jack happier to see him?? Obviously Hurley shouldn’t have gone with Locke, seeing as he said so in the home playing basketball with Jack, but why?? “I’m thinking of growing a beard” ![]() I think it was Jacob in the little house Hurley found, again only a split second view, but seeing as the house appeared to move it hints at a Smokey/Jacob link, but who the hell was the guy who looked back at Hurley?? Remember back in S2 when Charlie had a vision saying Aaron needed baptising, when Claire was an angel and he saw Hurley... it looked to me like Hurley was wearing the same clothes when he was in the home as when he was in the vision, anyone else notice that?? Some random trivia from Lostpedia: While playing horse with Hurley, Jack gets the letters "H" and "O". "H" is the 8th letter of the alphabet and "O" is the 15th – 815 Behind Hurley as he’s freaking out over Abbadon there’s a small sculpture of the letters ‘HO’ on a shelf. Hurley mentions Charlie’s ghost showing up in the convenience store right next to the “Ho Ho’s”. By the way HORSE is when you shoot hoops, and whoever misses 5 times, collecting the letters H-O-R-S-E, is out. When Jack asked Hurley if he was "going to tell", what do you think he was referring to?? So yeah, all in all a good episode with some decent questions created. But am I alone in thinking it just didn’t feel like LOST?? I dunno why, maybe it’s the flash forwards, or the fact that people are coming, it just didn’t have the same vibe as it did before. Or maybe that’s just coz I was watching a poor quality version on a laptop ![]() And wow, that’s probs my best LOST post ever Namaste ![]()

Anyone see Christian in Jacob's chair??
I think it's a red herring. ![]() Very disappointed with Jack... him trying to kill Locke. I thought the splitting of the group was quire surreal but I don't really know why. Also, Locke looked up confused when it started raining. ![]() Ben was like Gollum in LOTR. ![]() Good episode. Will add more later. ![]()

I doubt its a red herring because why would they call in Christian if it was supposed to be any old actor? ![]()

![]() Also, I think the eye that popped up to the window was the previously seen eye, and that one was believed to be Jacob's... Going by the final Missing Pieces mobisode, Christian could merely be the Black Smoke taking a human form.

So, having heard what Charlie had to say, who would you all have gone with? Locke or Jack?
