8. I will do my review tomorrow but not a bad episode, a few answers but it was obvious it was all a plan IMO. Jack is such a sucker. First Kate now Juliet LOL!!
I loved the way Juliet shot Sayid and Sawyer down. THe beach police.

While Sayid and Sawyer do need telling off, Juliet was hardly in a position to do it without sounding unbelievably hypocritical. Also, people need to start following Sayid's instinct (though without the torture element, obviously) - apparently the guy's never wrong.

I agree Sayid is always right with his instincts. If he was leader we'd have all the answers by now...just no show as it would be ended!!
I feel Sayid will perish soon because he is the most suspitious of the others. Sawyer has a powerful deputy for his leadership LOL!!

yeh it was nice to have jack back and yeh it was cool coz someone nearly died but, if you think about it. Nothing really happened. I was expecting them to have done something like that to find out about each passenger etc.

I'll give it 7, probably. I really enjoyed it, though there are loads of potential flaws if you look for them. That's going to be the problem when they start providing answers... there are not many answers that are going to satisfy all the problems they've set. Having satellite surveillance, for example, certainly doesn't explain how Juliet knows about a crime Sawyer committed that absolutely no-one witnessed.

Excellent flashback... where we learned some stuff for a change and the island scenes were great. |

Great... but I'll save my 10s for Hurley. I loved how it gave more Others info... and Goodwin is back! And Ethan too... but he's always back. Plus it answered plenty of plotholes that it was about to create. Like... how did Claire just get sick... now? How did no one find that box? Ok... maybe not too many plot holes... But a great episode... none the less.

Although the flashbacks were interesting Ben, Jack and Juliet annoyed me so much at times i found it hard to watch. Take Ben - his twisted sense of morality was shown more than ever this episode with him being offended at Juliet calling him a liar but him being fine with almost letting Rachel die without telling Juliet - if of course rachel really had cancer again. Juliet - her indignance at not being immediatly accepted by the losties angered me sooo much. The others have kidnapped, killed etc etc countless losties and she expects a warm welcome and a cup of tea when she gets there. Also her putting Sayid and Sawyer in their place? Like Murg said in the discussion thread - Sayid has told everyone he was a torturer and Sawyer killed a man he believed had done him a great wrong... however just two island weeks ago she shot Pickett in cold blood! I was almost glad to find out that it was all a scam by Ben (who by the way is now lying by proxy surely and lied for weeks as Henry Gale. Jack - Sawyer appeard to be doing a not half bad job at playing leader at the start of the episode when jack storms back and thinks everyone should just trust his judgement... well we all know how wrong he is. One thing i've learnt in LOST, if Sayid gets a hunch, trust it! So despite the good flashes i felt the real time action was a bit desperate and just agravating. |

i loved it! a lovely new twist and i think that this twist could provide a very good season finale.
