I have been doing my own little rewatch of Lost until season 5 starts so that I am completly up to date with everything and refreshed when the show does return.

Since there is not a lot of posting going on right now due to the extra long hiatus, I figured I would post my thoughts on each episode that I rewatch.

I happen to be on The Other 48 Days right now which is why I am starting with this one. Feel free to join in!

The Other 48 Days

I love the opening scene in this episode. The beach is calm and beautiful when out of nowhere a plane crashes and hey its the tail end! What is going on? The crash of the Tailies! Brilliant. I love that we got to see a shortened version of their back story.

Libby - Who is this girl? Knowing all that we know about her now its kind of strange when she tells Ana-Lucia that she is a clinical psychologist and we know she was in a mental institution at one point. There is so much more to this girl that we dont know about yet.

Ana-Lucia - She instantly falls into the role of leader just like Jack does. The difference is that she wants to lead. She could never let anyone else have that control. Jack does not want to lead but he is a natural at it and falls into it.

Best Line - You waited 40 days to talk? You waited 40 days to cry. Terrific scene

Other Thoughts - I liked this episode. I enjoyed getting a chance to see the tailies and what they had to go through immediatly after the crash. It added a lot more to their character development.
*I am surprised that Anna wanted to kill Goodwin instead of keeping him prisoner and making him talk. She is a cop after all. Maybe she was able to read him well enough to know that no matter what she did he woudnt talk. *The montage at the end where it all comes together was well done also. *Eko is still able to be mysterious no matter how many times I see his story. Its too bad he wasnt able to stick it out so that we could of seen exactly where that character could have gone.

Well thats it for this one. As I said, these are just my rewatch thoughts and some will be longer than others. Some may even be shorter.
