I've been rewatching Lost too.
I've just got to the episode where Sayid is carrying dead Shannon back to camp and a disconsolate Ana Lucia is following on behind and then she sees Jack.
I'm not sure which incident you are referring to. When does this happen and who is involved in it? There are so many 'incidents' in Lost!
