I don't think she'll be a permanent addition..especially now that Oceanic 'seem' even further away from any conspiracy than ever before (albeit, being briefly brought back into the whole conspiracy affair earlier in Season 4 - damn you Widmore!).
I think the O6 have their tracks pretty well covered..I think Oceanic are pretty much in the dark, and it's only Widmore/Abbadon's people etc who know the truth. Perhaps Paik also.
That said, I would like to see more of Decker..certainly wouldn't do any harm, would it
