I dont think her "feelings" for him are real though, she didnt look that happy after they kissed.
People do actually recover from Mental illness and I hope for the sake of Lost's reputation she doesnt turn out to be still ill.

i agree, she looked a bit shifty, but maybe thats more to do with the fact that she
does know hurley then to do with the fact that she didnt want to kiss hurley, if that makes any sense?
