I don't know whether anyone else has commented on this (because I didn't look very well
) but it occured to me earlier that maybe Charlotte has some connection with Libby.
I mean, we NEED to find out what Libby was all about, and this whole revelation about Charlotte would fit in well, like they're both around about the same age and that. Maybe they were taken from the island (with Widmore perhaps) and Charlotte carried on without knowing much - if anything about it, whilst Libby was filled in on it all. It could be the reason Libby was in the mental institute - someone could have told her and
proved to her the existance of the island and she kind of cracked up for a bit.
