Okay so we know that the ship was found like in the middle of the island right?
so maybe it wasnt swept on the island, maybe the island was moved to its location.
So when the island was moved, it moved itself to the same location as the Black Rock, this making perfect sense as to why its there.

Still no theory on the donkey wheel though.
