Also, interesting to note that this is Kate's first experience with a manifestation/vision (to our knowledge) since leaving the island and her 2nd in total (the other being the horse)
I was waiting for her to crack..
and it's always a guilt angle (i.e. Aaron) that makes them crack and allows the other person to manifest..
