Well yes. Widmore never seems to go any of the dirty work he is just in charge really. Keamy seems to do both he likes being in charge but loves to do the dirty work. Ben is kind of difficult. He does the 'dirty work' so to speak but it's manipulation not actually physical harm. Although his manipulation gets others to do the dirty work so he's abit of both. I guess you could say everybody is a 'villain' in different ways.

Defintely. I suppose at this stage we do not really know much about
Widmore and his work. I think each are
unique in their own ways. I think
Ben is likely to be more '
manipulative' and '
clever' than Widmore based on how good he is at what he does. I suppose
Island life is at Ben's advantage.
Keamy is just your typical brute with a gun, nothing more in my opinion. I think Ben possesses the best of both worlds.
