Exactly, they are like opposites really. Widmore and Ben is a good comparison, considering we saw Widmore's men beat that man up on Ben's video tape.

Hmm. I'm not really sure. To be so good at killing innocent people without a second thought needs a heart of stone. He is very good at his job which means he must enjoy it.
Well yes. Widmore never seems to go any of the dirty work he is just in charge really. Keamy seems to do both he likes being in charge but loves to do the dirty work. Ben is kind of difficult. He does the 'dirty work' so to speak but it's manipulation not actually physical harm. Although his manipulation gets others to do the dirty work so he's abit of both. I guess you could say everybody is a 'villain' in different ways.
