Now as this epidsode is after the doctor floats in dead, and we know this as the crew come back with an injured member from the smoke thingy attack, how does it explain the time issue. I am confused, how can the guys on the Island physically come across the dead doctor if his killing hasn't happened yet. Also, when the doctor is told by one of the crew about the morse code message he gets, does his killer overhear and so is subconsiously going to slit his throat, or does the Island already force his method of killing him. Any help or views on the above please.

Hello, and welcome
That is exactly my problem with this whole thing. I mean, i do partly understand time travel, and i know that its not just black and white, and things aren't exactly as they appear - you really need to use your head to understand this stuff. Like, i get that the doctor does actually die first, it's just the time difference which makes it look like he doesn't...but despite this, time travel (especially events like this) is something i just cannot get my head around. That sentence i underlined is exactly where i'm confused!
Does anyone want to have a go at explaining?!
