The props department were on holiday for this episode - those bodies look nothing like Karlito and Roussy - although like KF i do think it's supposed to be them, otherwise Miles wouldn't have seen flashes of their deaths and been able to communicate with them (i.e. get their names) 
Also Frank burying them is a good shout, as I can't imagine Keamy picking up a shovel unless it's to whack someone around the head wth it  |

Danielle is actually deceased. Of course I could think of excuses here but it would be
unlikely to argue my case. Unfortunately she is probably dead, though one can hope not.
