Yeah I agree, I mean... Penny
kinda found Des on the Island (y'know that place God can't even see
) So you'd think with Bens resources he'd be able to find
anybody.
That said, Widmore is hardly strapped for cash so I think if
he wanted to make someone disappear I'm sure he could.
I would not be surprised if Ben (flash forward) was to attempt to recruit Des under the notion that Ben wants to help Des find Penny so they can be together
