Yeah, i mean we shouldn't always think the worst of Ben - at the end of the day he seemed very genuine and even Danielle seemed shocked yet grateful for not only giving her a free pass to safety but for calling her Alex' 'mother'.
Slight deviation from the point, but it just goes to show that Ben is a nice guy and someone who always has his daughters best interests at heart.
