I would think Alpert - Cane (the show the actor Carbonel was in) has finished, so he should be available for filming now.
Although I get the sense that there were 3 or 4 of em, so perhaps some of the other Others helped out.

Of course I ultimately believe that it's Keamy and the boys though - helicopter carries 6 including the pilot, so there are probably 5 shooters, not including Frank.
