For me personally it was the
Polar Bear. I assumed
Jin was on his way to the hospital to see
Sun, while bringing her a gift that was remembering of the
Island. I gave the episode too much thought without realising the little clues that told us it was a
flashback. I could not make sense of
several issues as far as it being a flashback was concerned.
