Nope his memory is still gone, I believe
And we never actually saw Michael and Des meet. Whether Michael
saw Desmond when he showed up at LuLu/Libby's funeral we don't know but I'd assume not. I mean Michael kind of wanted to stay away, particularly if somebody coming in a boat when he'd asked for a boat to escape on.
