Yeah this was definately a solid episode, but not up there with the greats though. And although Jin's death was sad it really didn't effect me much at all...I found it shocking more than anything else. And I didn't guess it was a flashback/flashforward until I thought about it for a few moments after the episode had finished...I was initially thinking up reasons why Jin would have faked his death upon leaving the island and gone back to work for Paik! Lol
And the writers still have it in for Locke, don't they; of all the things Bernard could have said to Jin, spelling out 'Locke's a murderer' had to be one of them. *sigh* No-one can argue against that, but what I still don't understand is why Rose - and thereby Bernard - are bad mouthing just him when pretty much everyone on the Island has blood on their hands. I mean seriously, were Rose and Bernard looking the other way when Jack tried twice to put a bullet through Locke's head? Or when Locke refused to shoot Jack even though that's - arguably - the one thing he wanted to do? Seems that wonderful leader Jack and his sidekicks can't seem to do anything wrong for some people and get free passes all round!
