They have said a few times that the Oceanic six wud be confirmed by the end of episode 7, Yi Jeon. This one.

The Oceanic 6 is obviously:
1. Jack
2. Kate
3. Hurley
4. Sayid
5. Sun
6. Jin
Sun & Jin of course got off together. BUT smt happened to Jin just after his baby was born (looks like the only time he prob saw his kid was thru the hospital door).
Sun & Jin gets off island, Sun has baby, Jin dies.
Reckon it'll play an important part as to who or what killed him. I put my money on Suns dad.
