I would've picked Locke because Jack doesn't seem the best person to put trust in at the moment. He just looks like he's too determined to get off the island and will even take
huge, dangerousrisks if it means there's a chance of going home. Plus, Charlie and Hurley would've persuaded me a lot because Hurleys not one to speak up and he clearly had a lot of confidence in what he was saying. And even more, I'm easily persuaded me by inspirational speeches
