Although im deeply saddend by the potential loss of Ana-lucia [and Libby] i think one thing is certain..it's going to be a cracker of a finale!

I mean look at the situation now:

Michaels going to 'pretend' that Henry over powered Ana and shot/killed[?] her and that he then went on to shoot him in the arm before murdering Libby.

Henry is going to escape [with or without Locke]

Hurley is going to be devastated that his Libby dead..he'll be vengeful

Sawyer is going to be devesated that his new bed partner, Ana, is dead..he'll be vengeful. Oh and he's got the guns btw.

Jack is going to be devastated that Ana is dead because they did have a 'thing'. Plus it doesnt take much to set Jack off these days anyway, lol. He'll of course, be vengeful

Sayid..Sayid already blames the others and had even forgiven Ana-Lucia for her part in her death. Not only that but ironically Ana was perhaps one of the few people on the island who understands him..so he'll be more than vengeful

Charlie's best friend his Hurley and so he'l be vengeful for his loss. Plus he's never had any time or sympathy for the others and his new best bud is Sayid..so he'll be vengeful

Eko..he apologised to Henry but i also feel that he warned him that next time there will be hell to pay..so he 'may' be vengeful

All in all..lets face it..there's going to be all out WAR! Theyre all going to think it was Henry who killed Ana and Libby..and think how close they came to killing him before..well, now he's going to be a marked man!

Personally i cant see any other alternative to jack's response than to go marching out there! And i think Sawyer will happily hand out the guns now.

In a strange way i think this will bring them all together. Although im still confused over what stance Locke will now take..will he remember the message that Henry gave him? ..how can he forget, right?

I agree that they are going to be very very mad, but I'm not sure whether they'll 'march' out there. This is just because when Michael was telling his story Jack and Kate kept looking at each other, especially when he was talking about what they were wearing and how they were living. I think Jack and Kate know that this could all be an act as Kate earlier had found the fake beard and clothes and had just shared this information with Jack.

That's my two cents worth anyway

I definatley think they are gonna get everone toghther and go after them. Mike has put it in there heads that they can "take" them so what reason is there not to go after them?

You have point..i certainly feel that some of them might be hesitant at going out there. Kate maybe, although i do feel Jack out of everyone will be hell bent for marching out there. I mean, he wasnt afraid on the previous 2 occassions so i dubt he'll be afraid now. I just can picture the likes of Jack, Sayid and Sawyer just sitting back and waiting.

I agree Roco, and I don't mean to sound rude but noone will "care" that much that Ana Lucia is dead. Hurley will obviously be upset about Libby (if shes dead) but with Ana Lucia she never really got comfortable with anyone or made that many friends (hanky panky with Sawyer not included).

They will want revenge on Henry to avenge Ana yes but the deaths of Boone and Shannon would of effected them more because they were only young and liked by most of the group.

When Mike opened the door..do you think Henry was shocked to see him, in that he didnt hear the gunshots? It kinda came across to me as if he didnt expect to be saved and that he didnt hear the gunshots. Yet didnt he hear Jack and Locke [or is that Locke and Jack? :P ] talking about Hemingway through those same doors a few eppy's back?

Henry is very stoic anyway, remember when he first wound Locke up about the genuis living in the shadow of a genius thing? He just smirked slightly and looked up, there was no big reaction. He obviously heard the shots and I'm sure he heard every word Mike said which is why he didnt know how to react when Michael came in. Michael looked like he really hated Henry when he was stood in that doorway with the gun though, maybe Henry was unsure if Mike's orders were to kill him or to free him.

I think there probably will be an attack on the others (led by jack of course) but Michael will have to direct them and i think he could direct them into a trap, the sort of trap that henry described in TWT.

Yeah, good point! Which means that Henry's prediction in TWT wouldve been right...which means he could be considered somewhat of a 'Prophet'..re: his whole 'Prophets and Martyrs' chat with Jack.

A bit of forshadowing perhaps?

So, who;s going to be in this army then..considering one of the chief principles [Ana] is now presumably dead?

I'd say:

Mike [as the mole]
Jack [as the leader, of course]
Kate [as the tag-along, of course]
Sayid [he's up for a fight]
Sawyer [He's got the guns and im sure he'll sid ewith Jack on this one]
Hurley [he'll want to avenge Libby's 'death']
Steve [or is that Scott?

As for Locke..well im sure he'll go along..although he IS on crutches and he has had a seed planted in his mind by Henry..so he'll still go along out of curiousity, imo

Eko: Jesus stick, deadly glare
Charlie: heroin, statues
Locke: Knives, deadly glare, orange in the mouth, crutch
Jack: needle, gun, fist, ego
Kate: gun, boobies, fist, marshall's corpse
Sawyer: horde of guns, headbutt, hair in the face
Hurley: sheer weight
Michael:

Bernard: black rocks from SOS sign
Rose: unusually large head
Jin: the ability to speak korean
Sun: poisonous flowers
Claire: aaron
Aaron: claire
Rousseau: all manner of weapons
there we go, it's shaping up well :P

I don't think Eko will be 'vengeful' as such. he's turned over a new leaf and (i'm not big with the bible) but i'm sure it says something about being forgiving. Unless that makes Eko resort to his original self, which is unlikely but would be interesting. To be perfectly honest I think Eko will be the least p*ssed off/upset/frightened.
I think Sayid will get the most venegful (as said previously) as he already blames the others for shannon's death. he was looking for any excuse to kill Henry so no doubt this will give him it.
